Praago ("we", "us", "our") operates praago.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our waitlist form, in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

What we collect

When you join the Praago waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — to notify you when Praago launches in your area and to deliver any founding-member perks.
• ZIP code — to determine your delivery zone and launch priority.
• Browser / device info (user agent) — to detect and prevent abuse of the waitlist.
• Submission timestamp — for internal operational records.

We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or any sensitive personal data.

How we use it

• Send you a one-time launch notification when Praago opens in your ZIP code.
• Deliver founding-member perks and credits you signed up for.
• Analyze which ZIP codes to prioritize for our Bay Area rollout.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions.

We will not use your email for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

How we store it

Waitlist data is stored in a private Google Sheets document accessible only to the Praago founding team. Google's infrastructure is used solely as a secure storage tool — Google does not receive your data for advertising or analytics purposes under our usage.

We retain your data until you request deletion or for a maximum of 3 years from submission, whichever comes first.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics on this page.
• We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.

Your rights — California residents

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the following rights regarding their personal information:

• Right to know — You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to delete — You may request that we delete your personal data from our records.
• Right to correct — You may request that we correct inaccurate personal data.
• Right to opt out — You may opt out of any future communications at any time.
• Right to non-discrimination — Exercising any of these rights will not affect your access to any Praago services.

Do Not Track

This website does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or cross-site tracking technologies. We honor Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals — no tracking occurs regardless of your DNT setting.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
